The lifecycle, flow by flow
Here is every email journey we run at Art Lounge, on one sheet. Pick a customer to see which flows they would actually meet, then open any flow to see how it decides what to send.
A customer is only ever in one of these conversations at a time. The flows hand people to each other, wait their turn, and step aside the moment someone buys.
Follow a customer, for example:
Signs up, leaves a cart, comes back through checkout, and gets a restock note because there was paint in the order.

Before the first order
After an order
Keeping regulars
Which flow should you build first?
If you are starting from nothing, I’d build cart abandonment first, then post-purchase, then welcome. Those three earn their keep fastest, and every other flow reuses the patterns they teach you.
