Bento on Magento
Bento has no official Magento integration, so my team and I wrote one for Art Lounge and published it. It is the plugin every flow on this site runs on.
How do you install it?
Create your Bento account
Create your Bento account (30-day trial) and note your site key and API keys.
Install the plugin
It is artlounge/magento2-bento on Packagist, currently v2.4.0, MIT licensed.
From your Magento root composer require artlounge/magento2-bento bin/magento setup:upgrade bin/magento cache:flushAdd your keys
In Magento admin, open the Bento settings, paste your keys and turn on the events you want.
Check the events
Place a test order and watch it arrive in Bento with its items, categories and totals.
What does it send?
Orders with item categories, cancellations and refunds, carts and abandoned carts, product views, new subscribers and accounts, and Razorpay Magic Checkout abandonment, including whether the payment window was dismissed. Events go out through Magento’s queue, so a slow Bento call never slows your checkout.
Delivery isn’t part of Magento, so we send it from our own tracker; the post-purchase page explains why that matters.
